We continue to improve our knowledge and have participated in a range of demand response pilot programs that have provided us with a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and motivational triggers. We have learned that consumers will modify and change their consumption behavior when supplied with the technology to easily understand and track their energy use.
As we move forward, Elster will continue to use consumer research
to develop
more capable energy conservation initiatives for utilities
